Easy setup, quick docs

Signed up for the Individual Plan. Used a Case Study Template. It was quick to set up and customize. Exported to PNG easily. Satisfied with the result.

Consistent quality, easy to use

I've been using Xtensio for a while now, mostly for their Business Templates and One-Pager Templates. This latest order for an Agency Plan went just as smoothly as previous ones. The platform is reliable, and I know what to expect. That consistency is why I keep coming back; it saves me time not having to learn new tools.

Good for quick docs

Needed to make a quick Pitch Deck for a presentation, and Xtensio worked out. It was pretty easy to get something decent put together without much fuss. The drag and drop editor was straightforward. The live sharing link was handy too, just sent it over to my team. Overall, pretty happy with how it turned out.

Smooth process, useful features

I recently subscribed to the Professional Plan for my small business, specifically to use the Marketing Strategy Templates and the Persona Creator. The ordering process was clear and quick on their website. I received the confirmation email right away. I didn't need to contact support, which is always a good sign. The platform itself is intuitive; I found the template library easy to navigate. I exported a few documents to PDF, and they looked professional, keeping the formatting well. The real-time collaboration tools were also helpful for getting feedback from a colleague. Everything worked as advertised, making it a valuable tool for our planning.

Can you use your own company branding in Xtensio? Like custom fonts and logos and stuff?

R Raj 2 months ago
Yep, you can. They have custom branding kits. I set ours up pretty easily, logos, colors, fonts all match.

Yeah, that's one of the best parts. Makes everything look super professional, like it was made in-house. It's in the settings somewhere.

I'm a student, is there any kind of discount for education? Trying to save some money here.

P Paula 2 months ago
I'm pretty sure they have an education discount. You usually have to go through a specific link on their site, not just a regular promo code.

C Carly 2 months ago
They do offer one. My friend got it for their non-profit, so I'd imagine they have one for education too. Check their support or FAQ for the right page.

Anyone know if Xtensio does Black Friday deals? Thinking of getting a team plan but can wait a bit if there's a big sale coming.

C Colin Marsh 1 month ago
They usually do! I snagged a pretty sweet deal last Black Friday for my agency. It was like 30-40% off, made a huge difference.

Yeah, they do. Most SaaS companies have sales around then, especially for annual plans. Keep an eye out late November.

What if I need to cancel my subscription? Is it a pain or pretty straightforward?

R Renee Torres 2 months ago
Super easy. Just go into your account settings and there's a cancel button. No hoops to jump through.

I canceled once during the free trial (just checking it out) and it was totally frictionless. No angry emails or anything. So I'd imagine a full subscription cancel is similar.

Thinking of switching from Canva. How does Xtensio compare, especially for business docs and presentations?

D Derek Nguyen 2 months ago
Xtensio is way more geared towards business docs and team collaboration. Canva is good for visuals but Xtensio's templates for pitch decks or strategy docs are much more robust. Different beasts, really.

I used to use Canva a lot but for actual business stuff, Xtensio is better. The collaborative editor and client sharing features are a big plus. Canva feels more like graphic design, Xtensio more like structured business content.

How's the export to PDF feature? Does it keep formatting well or does it get all messed up?

M Mark H. 2 months ago
Exports to PDF pretty smoothly for me, looks good. Haven't had any major issues with formatting getting weird.

It works fine. The 'living deliverables' thing is cool but sometimes clients just want a PDF and it handles that well. Doesn't look like a cheap conversion.

Hey, wondering about the free trial. What exactly do you get access to? Is it fully featured or pretty limited?

S Shane 2 months ago
Yeah, the free trial is pretty good. You get most of the features, enough to really try it out before committing. I think it's for 14 days too.

P Paula Vargas 2 months ago
It's a full 14-day trial, no credit card needed. Lets you play with templates and see the collaborative stuff. Only thing is I don't think you can export until you subscribe.

If I go with the annual billing, do I save a lot? Worth it over monthly?

B Beth Vargas 2 months ago
Definitely worth it. I think it's like 20% off if you pay annually. Adds up over time.
2
P Priya Whitfield 2 months ago
Oh yeah, always go annual if you're planning to stick with it. Most SaaS platforms give you a decent chunk off for that commitment. I saved enough to cover a month or two, easy.
